It is extremely durable mechanically, as well having a durable finish. This lock is as versatile as it is durable and can fit residential and commercial doors of multiple thicknesses. The entry function works great for doors that need to be locked/unlocked from the inside with a thumb turn, and locked/unlocked from the outside with a key for optimal access control and security. This lock is paired with Universal Hardware’s Heavy Duty Commercial Deadbolt to create an all in one solution for a replacement or brand new opening project.
