The Worx Nitro WX261L 20V Power Share 3-Speed Cordless Impact Driver with Brushless Motor was designed to be powerful, but with enough functionality to handle all drilling and driving applications. The 3-speed gearbox allows for no-load speeds from 0-920/0-2050/0-3000 RPM, so you can find the right speed for each application. The 3-speed option prevents the user from overdriving the screw or fastener, which can cause damage to both the screw and the project, or strip the threads. And the variable speed triggers let the user fine-tune the rate for easy starts of the screw. The Nitro Impact Driver has an impact rate of 0-4100 BPM (Blows Per Minute), with a max torque of 2100 in-lbs. making this tool ideal for driving large fasteners quickly when building decks or fences, performing rough carpentry, or working on metal framing and assembly. It also excels at driving lag bolts or hanging plywood. The brushless motor allows for this drill to remain lightweight and compact. Brushless motors are smaller and lighter than traditional motors, even though they are much more efficient, and get more done on a single charge. In fact, this Impact Driver weighs only 3.4 lbs. and features an innovative ergonomic GripZone handle constructed of micro-texture material, so it??s comfortable to use for long stretches. The quick-release 1/4 in. HEX metal chuck is durable and allows for fast bit changes. And the on-board LED light illuminates both the work area and the cutline in darker spaces.
